If your student has already completed at least one year of faith formation and will be preparing to receive First Holy Communion or Confirmation during the 2025-2026 school year, please select "Sacramental Preparation." (Students are eligible for First Communion in 2nd grade and for Confirmation in 10th grade).

For new students or students who are NOT entering a sacramental year, select "Grade Level Faith Formation." 

If you are enrolling three or more students of any description, please click the "Family Maximum" payment option.

*Note: the fee for Confirmation preparation does not include the cost of the overnight retreat of $150. There will be a separate registration and payment process for the Confirmation retreat during the spring 2026 semester.
